David Lipscomb joined the Press & Sun-Bulletin as an intern after studies at the University of Maryland. The newspaper serves communities in southern New York State and northern Pennsylvania and has a circulation of about 55,000 weekdays. The Press & Sun-Bulletin, which joined the Chips Quinn Scholars Program in 2001, has hosted 14 Scholars.
